ORDER PROCESSING

Order processing takes 1–2 business days. During this time, you will receive a confirmation email with updates regarding the status of your order.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and then shipped via courier.

Estimated delivery times for the UK are between 7 and 14 business days from the date of shipment.

A flat shipping rate applies to all orders unless free shipping is activated (where available).

Note: We currently do not ship to Africa or South America.

We offer international shipping to many countries.

We currently do not ship to Africa or South America.

Estimated delivery times for international shipments may vary depending on the destination.

Your order may be subject to customs duties and import taxes (including VAT), which are applied once the shipment reaches the destination country. Kavira is not responsible for these costs, which remain the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns within 90 days of delivery, provided that the item is unused and in its original condition. In this case, a full refund of the order amount will be issued.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at trykavira@gmail.com, providing your order number and attaching a photo showing the condition of the item. We handle these cases individually and will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.
